Binary Resources Conversion
Binary resources are read from the *.FRX files and converted into OCX-State information
for the converted project files. This technique works properly for ActiveX libraries
being wrapped by Interop in .NET. However, new mechanisms have been developed in
VBUC to support the recovery of that information in a way that can be mapped to
.NET inherent libraries.
